"Whole bunch-pressed, fermented in French oak (52% new), 18 months maturation, 20% mlf. Bright, light straw-green; in the typically tightly wound Curly Flat style: very, very long and well-balanced, fruit - not oak - in the driver's seat. The attention to detail is awesome, more than almost any other Australian chardonnay."
