From a cooler year, with no new oak used. No fining. No filtration or additions.
White peach, almonds, brine and subtle struck match, honeyed florals even. Light to medium bodied, calm and composed, almost silky feel, sharpened up by a sweet lemon and stony acidity. Flows like picture of a waterfall taken with slow shutter speed. Cool. Refreshing. Focused. Bright. The length is exemplary too, gently nutty but pure and long. Hard to slow down the drinking pace.
