Jim Beam Double Oak is a whiskey to rival any other. It is first aged in charred American white oak barrels then the bourbon is removed from the barrels and reduced down to the perfect strength. Extracting the caramelised sugars and the natural sweet notes within the wood. Once completed we mature it a second time where the aromas of the vanilla mix with hints of toasted wood, leading into deep char and oak flavours balanced with intense caramel and beautifully rich toffee notes. The added interaction with the oak wood results in a liquid intense in flavour, smooth in taste.
