Notes
The soft approachable structure and ethereal fruit characters are derived in part from Coonawarra's cool climate and partly from an internationally lower, and somewhat "old fashioned", alcohol content.
The use of very tight grained oak has given length and complexity without dominating the delicate fruit.
TIme in the bottle will see even more complexity with the development of cedary and violet like characters. Its good level of natural acidity will see this wine ageing slowly and gracefully. Wine Maker’s Comments
